Terms of Service for catchMe

Welcome to catchMe, a social application created by Pocket Computing Laboratories, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our application ("catchMe", "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using catchMe, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the catchMe app.

2. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavor to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of catchMe, to understand our practices.

4. User Accounts

To access some features of the Service, you may have to register for a catchMe account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.

5. User Conduct

As a user of catchMe, you agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You agree not to impersonate others, engage in illegal activities, or distribute illegal content. Crawling, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from the Service without explicit permission is prohibited.

6. Content on catchMe

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content are the property of Pocket Computing Laboratories, LLC or its licensors.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pocket Computing Laboratories, LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern District of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
